Policy Work

The coalition is focused on engaging with policy at the local level to increase factors that prevent risky behaviors and higher rates of substance use. We focus primarily on city and tribe government as well as the local school district. 

 

Our policy project for this year is creating an advisory team to assess and understand substance use policy currently in place at the local school district and to advise on any potential evidence-based and research backed adjustments to current policy.
